배송 안내 / Shipping Information

주문은 결제 완료 후 1~3 영업일 이내에 한국에서 출고됩니다.
Orders are shipped from Korea within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
배송은 EMS 항공 또는 해운(선편)으로 진행되며, 결제 시 배송 방법을 선택하실 수 있습니다.
Shipping is available via EMS Air or Ocean (Surface Mail), and the method can be selected during checkout.
EMS 항공 평균 배송 기간: 3~7일
Average delivery time via EMS Air: 3–7 days
해운(선편) 평균 배송 기간: 1.5~3개월
Average delivery time via Ocean Shipping: 1.5–3 months
모든 배송에는 추적 번호가 제공되며, 미국 내 고객님의 주소까지 안전하게 배송됩니다.
All shipments include a tracking number and are safely delivered to your U.S. address.

식품 특성상 단순 변심에 의한 반품 및 환불은 불가합니다.
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
다음의 경우에는 환불 또는 재배송이 가능합니다:
Refunds or replacements are available in the following cases:
- 제품이 배송 중 파손된 경우
  The product was damaged during shipping
- 수령한 제품이 주문 내용과 다를 경우
  The received product is different from your order
- 제품에 명백한 품질 이상이 있을 경우
  The product has a clear quality issue
